When’s the last time you checked in with yourself?

I’m realizing that I’ve been taking the steps & actions to check-in with myself regularly to make sure I’m on my right track; mentally, physically, socially, and professionally. Each self-report is a mile marker and the gradual growth is building into a better me, a better year.
